About
Software that understands a water dealership
Why Purio exists
Most dealerships are running four systems that disagree
A typical water dealership runs routing in one place, service scheduling in another, billing in a third, and the customer relationship in a spreadsheet plus a filing cabinet plus the memory of whoever has been there longest. Every one of those systems has a version of the same customer, and none of them agree by Friday.
That is not a discipline problem. It is what happens when the tools were built for other industries and stretched to fit. A field service platform built for HVAC does not know what a bottling run is. A generic routing tool does not know that a stop belongs to a property while the invoice belongs to the customer.
Purio was built around those distinctions from the start. A customer can own many properties. A unit has a serial number and a life. A route is the plan and a route day is the run. A work order is a job a tech owns and a delivery stop is part of a driver's day. When the software already knows these things, your team stops maintaining the translation layer in their heads.
What we build toward
Built for this industry, not adapted to it
Bottles, route days, serialized units, and properties are first class ideas in Purio because they are first class ideas in a dealership. Generic field service software makes you translate your business into its vocabulary. Purio already speaks yours.
One system, not a stack of integrations
The customer record a CSR opens is the record the driver, the tech, the rep, and the invoice all read. Routes come from Axiom Routing, built by the same team and connected out of the box, so nothing is exported or keyed in twice.
The office keeps control
Customers can ask for service, not schedule it. A route can be re-planned, but a customer is never silently dropped. Software should make your team faster without taking decisions away from them.
Your data is yours
Account numbers are preserved on import and on export. CSV in and CSV out. A dealership should be able to leave with its data intact, which is the only honest way to ask them to stay.
Who it is for
Dealerships with routes, techs, and equipment in the field
Purio fits a dealership that delivers bottles on recurring routes, installs and services softeners and filtration equipment, rents units and bills them monthly, sells at a counter, and runs a sales team doing water tests. If your week involves a truck, a tech, and an invoice that has to agree with both, this is what Purio is for.
It works for a single location and for a dealership running several branches, because location scoping is built into inventory, routing, reporting, and permissions rather than added on top. A branch manager reads their branch and an owner reads the business, out of the same records.
See whether Purio fits how your dealership runs.
A walkthrough against your own week is a faster answer than any feature list.
