Platform
One dealership, every location, one system.
Twelve modules, plus Rio.
Each module has its own page with screenshots and detail. They share one customer record, so work done in the field shows up in the office without re-keying.
Route Optimization
Purio connects to Axiom Routing, our route optimization platform. Customers, trucks, and products sync automatically, optimized route days flow into Purio's schedule and the driver app, and what drivers deliver flows back so the next plan is built on real numbers.
Learn moreCustomers and CRM
The customer record is the center of the system. It holds every property, the equipment placed there, route assignments, billing setup, files, notes, and the full service history, so a CSR can answer the phone without opening a second system.
Learn moreSales Pipeline
Track a lead from the first call through the water test to a signed agreement. Every pipeline starts with a locked Entry stage, so leads from forms, QR codes, and imports always land somewhere predictable.
Learn moreScheduling and Work Orders
Installs, service calls, pickups, and delivery adjacent jobs all live on one calendar, scheduled against the customer's property. Techs complete a checklist in the field and completion generates the invoice.
Learn moreEquipment and Rentals
Every unit is tracked by serial number and tied to the customer and the property it sits at. Service intervals, scans from the field, and rental billing all hang off that one unit record.
Learn moreFleet Management
Track route trucks and service trucks by location, keep odometer readings current, and get alerts when maintenance is due or overdue. Every oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and repair is logged with cost and who performed it.
Learn moreInventory and Bottling
See what is on hand at each location, move stock with transfers, keep counts honest with adjustments, and reorder on time. Bottling runs consume raw inventory and produce finished bottles in the same step.
Learn moreBilling and Payments
Invoices move from draft to sent to paid, partially paid, past due, or voided. Recurring billing generates on a schedule, work orders and counter sales generate on completion, and payments come in by card, ACH, check, or cash.
Learn moreCommunications
Reminders, on my way messages, completion notices, invoice delivery, and past due notices can each be switched on or off, with wording and branding set by your dealership. SMS and physical mail run under the same rules.
Learn moreMarketing and Lead Capture
Build a mailing to a customer list or a one off recipient list, drop a tracked QR code on it, and point that code at a hosted form. Submissions become leads or work orders with the source attached.
Learn moreCustomer Portal
Portal access is enabled per customer from the customer record. Customers see their equipment and history, pay invoices, manage the card on file, and submit service requests your office reviews before anything is scheduled.
Learn moreNPS and Customer Feedback
Purio sends an NPS survey automatically after a delivery, a completed work order, or an install. Responses roll up into a score with promoters, passives, and detractors, and detractor feedback surfaces for the office to follow up on.
Learn moreMobile Apps
Drivers work the stop list with proof of delivery and field payments. Techs scan equipment, record water tests, and log parts and labor. Reps quote, sign, and collect a deposit in the living room. The warehouse receives purchase orders by scan and moves stock between trucks and locations.
Learn moreReporting
Revenue, counter sales, work orders, inventory and open purchase orders, bottling, pipeline, and security deposits each have their own reports. Everything is scoped by location and exports for the office.
Learn moreRio AI Assistant
Rio sits in the corner of every screen and answers how to questions about the software. On Purio Pro, Rio also answers account aware questions about your own dealership.

How the pieces connect
One bottled water customer, from the mailer that found them to the invoice they pay in the portal.
1. The lead arrives
A homeowner scans the QR code on your mailer, fills in the hosted form, and lands in the Entry stage of the pipeline with the QR code recorded as the source.
2. The rep closes it
A sales rep runs the water test appointment from the sales app, sends the proposal, and the signed agreement creates the customer and their property.
3. The install is scheduled
An install work order goes on the calendar for a service tech. The tech completes the checklist in the field, scans the cooler's serial number, and the unit is now deployed at that property.
4. The property joins a route
Axiom Routing places the property on the route and day where it adds the least driving. The stop shows up in Purio and the driver app on its own.
5. The bottles are delivered
The driver marks on my way from the route app, the customer gets a message, and the delivered bottle quantities are recorded at the stop.
6. The invoice and the portal
Recurring billing and delivered quantities produce the invoice for that location. The customer sees it in the portal, pays with the card on file, and requests service there when something goes wrong.
