Purio for Water Treatment

Equipment and Rentals

Every softener, cooler, and filtration unit tracked individually by serial number, whether it is on rent or sold. The unit's history, its service schedule, and its rental billing all hang off one record.
Purio inventory unit detail showing deployment status, serial number, and service schedule for a piece of equipment

A single unit: where it is, who has it, and when it is next due for service.

What it does

Serialized equipment, from the warehouse to the customer and back

Units on rent and units sold are both tracked individually. A serial number is created when the unit enters inventory at a location and stays with it for the rest of its life, through deployment at a customer's property, service visits, a pickup, refurbishment, and redeployment somewhere else. That is what makes it possible to answer a question like which coolers from a particular batch are still in the field.

Unit history is tied to the customer and to the property. When a service tech opens a job at an address, the equipment already placed there is visible along with what has been done to it. When a customer calls to complain about the same problem for the third time, the record shows the three visits rather than the memory of whoever took the call.

Service intervals live on the unit. Filter changes, sanitization, and periodic maintenance are scheduled off the unit's own dates rather than a spreadsheet reminder, so the work becomes work orders on the calendar and gets dispatched with everything else.

What's included

  • Serialized units

Every unit tracked individually by serial number, not as a bulk count.

  • On rent and sold

Both models tracked on the same record, with the right billing behavior for each.

  • Deployment status

In stock at a location, deployed at a property, or picked up and awaiting refurbishment.

  • Customer and property history

Unit history reads back against the account and the address it served.

  • Service intervals

Maintenance dates on the unit that turn into scheduled work orders.

  • Field scanning

Scanning the unit from the tech app pulls its history, warranty status, and recommended parts.

  • Rental billing link

Deployed rentals feed recurring billing for as long as the unit is out.

  • Pickups

Close a rental out on pickup and return the unit to the location's stock.
