Sales Pipeline

The pipeline board, with each lead carrying its rep, its source, and its next step.
What it does
From first contact to signed agreement
A lead in Purio holds the contact, the address, the rep who owns it, and where it came from. From there it moves across the pipeline board through the stages your dealership uses, picking up appointments, proposals, and finally an agreement. Sales reps work their own column, and a general manager watches the whole board by location.
Every pipeline begins with a required Entry stage that is locked. It cannot be deleted and it cannot be reordered. That is deliberate. Leads are not only created by hand on the board. They arrive from hosted forms, from QR code scans, and from imports, and each of those needs a destination that is guaranteed to exist. Because Entry is always there and always first, a lead created at two in the morning by a form submission is sitting in a predictable place when the office opens.
Source attribution follows the lead. A lead created from a tracked QR code keeps that code as it moves stage to stage. When it closes, the conversion and the revenue attribute back to the mailer, sign, or landing page the code was printed on, which is what makes it possible to compare one campaign against another honestly rather than by feel.
