SMS Terms of Service

The Purio messaging program sends text messages to people who ask to hear from us through a form on this website. When you check the SMS consent box on the demo request form, you agree to receive text messages from Purio at the mobile number you provided.

Messages in this program may include the following.

• Replies and follow-ups about a demo request you submitted.
• Scheduling messages, confirmations, and reminders for a demonstration or call.
• Answers to questions you send us by text.
• Occasional updates about Purio products and availability.

You must be the account holder of the mobile number you submit, or have permission from the account holder, and you must be at least eighteen years old.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Purio does not charge for the messages themselves. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also ask us to remove your number by emailing [email protected].

Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Opt-in data and consent may be shared only with the aggregators and providers that deliver the text message service on our behalf, and with subcontractors and service providers who support our business operations. Our full practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and network conditions, and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

We may update these SMS terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The revised terms take effect when posted. If we make a material change to the messaging program, we will describe it here, and your continued participation after that means you accept the change. You can stop participating at any time by replying STOP.
