Vehicles and maintenance

Fleet Management

The trucks that run your routes and your service calls are tracked in Purio with the same discipline as the equipment you place at customers. Vehicles, mileage, and maintenance in one place.

Every vehicle with its type, location, odometer, and current alerts.

What it does

Every truck accounted for

A vehicle record carries the year, make, and model, whether it is a route truck or a service truck, the license plate, the color, the location it works out of, and its current odometer reading. That is enough for a dispatcher to know what is available and for the office to know what it owns.

Route trucks can be marked routing enabled, which sends them to Axiom Routing for route planning. The fleet list is filtered by location, type, and status, so a dealership running several locations sees the trucks that belong to the branch it is looking at rather than everything at once.

Maintenance is driven by mileage and history rather than memory. A truck approaching an interval shows as due soon and a truck past one shows as overdue, right in the list, next to the odometer reading that produced the alert.

Service logs

Oil changes, rotations, inspections, and repairs

Every service on every vehicle is logged with the date, the odometer at the time, the service type, the cost, who performed it, and notes about what was done.

Because the log holds vendor work and in house work the same way, the total cost of keeping a truck on the road is readable from one screen rather than a folder of receipts.
