On every plan, Rio answers how to questions about Purio. Where a notification setting lives, how to place a one-off stop, what happens when a work order is completed, how to build a form and point a QR code at it. Because Rio is in the corner of the screen you are already on, the question is asked in context rather than by digging through documentation in another tab.

On Purio Pro, Rio is account aware. Account lookups are read only and come from a fixed menu of questions written by Purio, so Rio reports numbers and never changes data. Instead of asking where the open purchase order report lives, ask what is on order and not yet received at a branch. Instead of finding the aging screen, ask how many accounts are past due.
